Under seven minutes. Fifteen questions across goals, symptoms, sleep, training, and medical history. Nothing is shared until you submit.

Do I need to talk to someone before I start?

Yes. Depending on your protocol, a medical questionnaire and/or a brief video consult with a licensed provider is required. We also recommend confirming fit with your primary care physician.

Can I still work with you if I already have labs?

Yes — upload them during intake. We'll review them in context of your symptoms and goals instead of ordering duplicates.

What if I don't have a specific goal yet?

Take the Quiz anyway. Most people arrive with vague energy, sleep, weight, or recovery frustrations. We help you sharpen the signal into a plan.

How do I create an account?

Your account is created automatically when you place your first order or take the Quiz. During checkout you enter your details — once your order is processed, login credentials are emailed to you.

How do I log in?

Click "Client Login" in the top right. First-time clients use the credentials emailed after their first order. Use "Forgot Password" to reset anytime.

Can I order without creating an account?

No. An account is required so we can track your orders, route provider messages, and allow you to cancel at any time.

How do I update my profile or shipping address?

How do I cancel a subscription or package?

Prescription medications (GLP-1, hormones, etc.), compounded therapies, lab fees, provider consultation fees, and third-party pharmacy fulfillment. These are billed separately when a licensed provider determines they're appropriate.

Yes — most clients upgrade from Starter or Momentum into Gold once labs come back. We pro-rate the difference.

What happens after 90 days?

You can re-enroll, step up or down a tier, or move to a maintenance cadence. There is no auto-renewal.

Do you offer refunds?

Coaching services are non-refundable once your kickoff call is complete. Unused supplement shipments can be paused or canceled from your account before they ship.

No. Rehab® Health Lab provides wellness education, coaching, supplement strategy, and coordination support. Medical care, diagnosis, and prescriptions are handled by independent licensed providers.

We don't prescribe directly. When appropriate, clients are connected with licensed medical providers who determine whether prescription therapy is appropriate.

Clients may be connected with licensed providers for hormone therapy evaluation when appropriate. Eligibility is determined by the provider — not by us and not by you.

Yes — you must disclose it in good faith on the medical intake. A licensed provider reviews your history and determines eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Every panel comes with a plain-English written review from your coach and, when relevant, the reviewing provider. "Normal" ranges and "optimal" ranges are not the same — we explain both.

Can I use this if I'm already on a GLP-1?

Yes. We support nutrition, supplement strategy, hydration, digestion, strength training, muscle retention, and long-term habits so you don't rebound when you taper.

Do you guarantee weight loss?

No. Results vary and depend on health history, consistency, nutrition, training, sleep, medications, and provider recommendations. Anyone guaranteeing outcomes is lying.

How do I know which peptide is right for me?

Are peptides FDA-approved?

Some are approved (semaglutide, tirzepatide). Others are compounded by licensed 503A pharmacies for individual patients when a provider determines it's appropriate. We're transparent about which is which.
